Due to the collectible and surprise nature of blind boxes:

👉 All blind box sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product is opened or delivered.

This includes (but is not limited to) the following reasons:

  • Not receiving your preferred character

  • Personal dislike of the random item drawn

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
